Services & Support Packages
Let us find the best way to support you
We work with the majority of our students on a weekly basis, meeting one-on-one in person at our office in The Old Mill in Bend, or on Zoom. This format has proven to be the best way to develop executive function skills, academic strategies, and confidence as you make progress towards your personal and educational goals.
To begin working with a student, we start with a Free Consultation Call, then a formal Intake Assessment, before determining the right amount of Individual Support.
Intake Assessment
After a consultation meeting/call, we will set up an hour (sometimes longer) meeting with parent, student, and one of our clinicians.
We will conduct an in depth conversation about the student’s history, current situation, and goals; hearing from both student and parent.
Several assessments for academic skills and executive function may be conducted in this meeting, and will preview any testing/assessments that you may have had prior.
We will then make recommendations for school, other professionals, and the best path for supporting your situation.

Classes, Workshops, and Trainings
We love working in larger formats as well and regularly offer trainings and classes to meet the needs of an organization and the community. Please follow the links to our pages dedicated for group classes and professional trainings on Executive Function.
Our mission is to increase student confidence and academic success; which so often starts with the education system and groups of caring educators; and nothing brings us more joy than providing training on pedagogy, strategies, and implementation of executive function and best practice teaching. Let us know if there is a specific type of training that would suite your group!
