Handwriting Workshop
Deliberate Practice for a Necessary Skill
Handwriting is being utilized more and more in the academic setting, and is a crucial skill to develop for written communication, mindfulness, focus and self-expression. We will dive into how one can quickly learn to analyze and improve their speed and legibility during this short series of interactive workshops. Likely, wherever you are starting from, you can make progress on your handwriting with focus, strategy, and effort!
Topics will include:
Learning the importance of handwriting in today’s world
What actually makes handwriting look neat vs. messy?
Analyzing one’s own writing
The three 'Levels’ of writing and when to use each.
Games and competitions for practicing writing

Length: Four 60-minute interactive workshops in late July and August on Sunday after
Who Should Attend: Students 4th-11th
Location: 376 SW Bluff Drive - Suite 1
Cost: $255 if enrolled by 6/30, $285 after 7/1
*Scholarships available for select families that qualify.
